The client pays SkillProof's normal published price. Eligible commission is paid by SkillProof and does not increase the client's subscription price.
SkillProof calculates commission from qualifying subscription payments it receives. VAT, refunds, credits and chargebacks are excluded. The Partner Agreement sets out eligibility, attribution and payment conditions.
Referral status does not create access to the client's workspace. Ongoing client access requires a separate client-approved SkillProof Consultancy connection.

Referral examples use 20% of the current monthly plan price before VAT, refunds, credits and chargebacks. Implementation commission is individually agreed and may be up to 30% where the partner accepts additional sales or delivery responsibilities.

What counts as a qualifying referral?
A qualifying referral must be registered and accepted before the organisation enters an active SkillProof sales process.
Does SkillProof handle demonstrations and support?
For referral partners, SkillProof can manage demonstrations, onboarding, billing and ongoing product support.
Does it cost anything to become a referral partner?
No. There is no fee to join the standard referral route.
Can an approved partner use SkillProof for its own team?
Yes. Approved active partners can receive a complimentary Partner Team Workspace for up to 25 of their own staff. It is for the partner's internal use. Client organisations buy their own subscriptions, and the complimentary workspace does not generate commission.
Can partners provide implementation services?
Approved implementation partners may offer services such as data preparation, setup, configuration and administrator guidance under their own commercial terms.
When is commission paid?
Commission is based on qualifying subscription payments received by SkillProof. VAT, refunds, credits and chargebacks are excluded. The client pays SkillProof's normal published price, and SkillProof pays eligible commission. Full conditions are set out in the Partner Agreement.
Is there a sales target?
No public sales target is published. Any target or activity expectation is confirmed in the partner agreement.
