No. There is no fee to join the referral route. If an accepted referral becomes a qualifying paying customer, you receive the agreed recurring commission while the subscription remains eligible under the programme terms.
Yes. Approved active partners can receive a complimentary Partner Team Workspace for up to 25 of their own staff. The workspace is for the partner's internal use. Client organisations buy their own subscriptions, and no commission is earned on the complimentary workspace.
Yes. A consultancy may provide data preparation, setup and administrator guidance under its own commercial terms. This route requires separate approval and does not apply automatically to referral partners.
