Cookie Policy
This page explains necessary storage and the optional analytics or marketing technologies you can choose on the public SkillProof website.

Essential cookies
SkillProof uses essential cookies or similar technologies where needed for login sessions, authentication, security, routing and application functionality.
These cookies are required for the app to work properly and cannot usually be disabled without affecting the service.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, the public website records limited first-party events, the first consented landing page, device category, a privacy-safe referrer source and standard UTM attribution (source, medium, campaign, content and term). It may send sanitised events to Google Analytics from the SkillProof server to understand page visits and website performance. Referrer paths and query details are not retained for attribution.
Microsoft Clarity may also provide masked session recordings, heatmaps and interaction information on approved public pages. SkillProof masks the public page body and does not intentionally send typed form values, form contents or customer workspace data to Clarity.
Optional analytics is off until you choose it. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not run on private customer application routes through this public marketing integration.
Optional marketing measurement
On approved public website pages, SkillProof may load one Google tag in denied Consent Mode before you choose. Optional analytics and advertising storage remain denied until you accept the relevant choice. If you accept marketing measurement, the tag sends limited page-view, campaign and successful-trial destination data to Google Analytics and Google Ads so SkillProof can compare which ads lead to completed trial journeys.
Google may set measurement cookies with names beginning _ga, _gac or _gcl. SkillProof configures ad personalisation as denied and does not enable remarketing through this tag.
SkillProof does not send form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, staff records or customer workspace data through the Google tag. Marketing measurement is optional and is not required to browse the website, start a trial, request a demo or contact SkillProof.
Third-party services
SkillProof uses cloud services such as Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Web3Forms, Google and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may set technical or consented measurement cookies and process request metadata as part of delivering their services.
Stripe may use cookies or similar technology when customers use Stripe-hosted billing or checkout experiences.
Your choice and how to change it
On your first public-site visit, you can accept optional cookies, reject them or choose analytics and marketing preferences. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent trial, demo, partner or contact forms from working.
Use the Cookie preferences control in the website footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing a previously granted category stops future optional tracking and reloads the page so running tags are removed. You can also clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings.
Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, billing, form submission or application functionality from working correctly.
